Loved rich and not expensive breakfasts.
I didn't want to leave, so would definitely recommend this hotel. I had appetising food for breakfast with healthy options. Reasonably spacious and soundproof room, armchairs and climate control were a nice surprise. Overall the service was excellent!

In general, not a bad hotel near the city, there is a great swimming pool thanks to which I chose it, a very beautiful place, there are magnificent views of the valley. The rooms are quite spacious and suitable for summer holidays in general.
Very much I did not like the abundance of huge spiders, those that hang big but where it went, but those that run on the floor in general resemble not big tarantulas. There are a lot of spiders in the rooms, and spiders, respectively, although the staff told me that this is because of the proximity to nature, I think it is not allowed, so it is necessary to clean up more often and use special means, all night long there was a feeling that the spider went down to bed, because when I got into the room I found a huge spider hanging on the wall right above the headboard of the bed. I closed the windows for the night so that nothing flew up, but woke up in the first sunlight from the buzzing of an insect near the window, thinking big beet, but it was neither a giant wasp nor a hornet. I barely drove it away, but I couldn't sleep anymore. The rooms are spacious but simple enough, no air conditioning. I had a room for 3 people but no balcony, although I ordered a single. All in all, less and less nothing, but with insects you have to decide something.

The rooms were brand-new and high standard with a big bed, spacious bathroom. The location of the hotel was beautiful, to a better located train station. Besides, it was short walk to Montepulciano and the surrounding, Montepulchano and Toscana and the hill for dinner.

The prime location. The bedroom is very comfortable, impeccable and very spacious, in the same way the bathroom, the same that had a big tub, apart from the shower bath, there was an additional room in case the guests were 4. Beautiful mega pool located in an area full of trees and vegetation, even though we never use it we stayed half an hour enjoying the place. In the two days we stayed, at the reception was rewarding the attention of Giulio, a young guy who also spoke Spanish, however the attention we received when we just arrived to stay by a man of a certain age who was attending the counter was not nice at all
The day we arrived was at night and at the reception the gentleman who attended us had the face of few friends, we felt a little uncomfortable with his attention, the receptionist must make the guest feel that he is more than welcome, that is to say make him feel at home. The breakfast should be a little more varied

The location of the hotel is high in the mountains! . The room is large, all clean, working properly. The room has a radio that wakes you up with pleasant music in the morning. There is a large balcony terrace with a beautiful view !
Horrible breakfast! There's nothing to eat, literally! Some weird sausage and buns with a lot of jam. That's it! There's no restaurants around, the hotel's the same. The reception only sells wine))) We had to go by car to Montepulciano, pick up everything in the shop, and have dinner in the garden at sunset ... it was beautiful, of course! But after the road, I just wanted to go down to the reception and eat Tuscan food! The pool was also not working when we arrived ! and we booked only the night in this hotel and in particular because of the pool ! At reception as a man was not in the mood and met us not very happy! It is unpleasant and unusual to see such Italians, especially in such beautiful places!

Picturesque hill, the view is pleasing to the eye in the morning. Delicious breakfasts, air croissants.
There was no hot water in our room. In general, nothing flowed from the tap with hot water (in the sink, in the shower). After a request to see what can be done, the next day something was done, and it appeared for a short time, but after a few minutes again disappeared. I do not know if this is a problem with our number (116) or the whole structure. The shower sprays from all the slits of the hose in all directions, or you could have pulled it up to the sink and used even so warm water... The Internet can only be caught outside the room: in the hallway, on the stairs, in the hall. But there's nothing inside, it's uncomfortable.

The hotel is on a good location to explore the surroundings. The accomodation is excellent value for your money. The pool is great and the breakfast is a good variety of sweets, sausages and cheese. The rooms are brand new with terrace or balcony. Next year the roof terrace will be ready with a superb view on Montepulciano.

This hotel offered a beautiful countryside setting. They have a lovely pool ( although a bit chilly) and a nice area for relaxing and playing games. The hotel has a beautiful view of Montepulciano and the valley. Their garden side breakfast was a delight. Our room was very large. It was one of the nicest rooms we've had in Italy.
Only one issue, we had booked 2 rooms and only one was available when we arrived. We were able to make it work however because the room was so large. They didn't charge us for the extra bed in the room, so it really worked out in our favor.

Location: the hotel was not far from the glacier and Salcheto winery. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Location is good close to Montepulciano (by car). It has a garden pool.
The hotel has reconstructed and unreconstructed rooms (101-115 on the first floor). These old rooms are worse, than a hostel. Doors are not closing well and bathroom, toilet pipes are extremly noisy. Every time a neighbour opening a tap, or pushing down the water you can feel yourself like in the middle of a public toilet of a railway station. Sleeping is almost impossible. Reconstructed rooms may worth the price, but unreconstructed for sure not. The hotel website is missleading and rooms shown on Booked.net are only of the reconstructed type without guarantee, that you will really get that type.

Swimming Pool is excellent. The rooms are very large and comfortable
There is no way to keep your key with you when you leave the hotel for daily journeys so you always have to keep an eye on the clock. reception closes at midnight.
